Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
We do! We offer a 36 month / 36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.
Do you service regular streetcars?
Absolutely! We service the German cars you drive to work every day as well as the ones you drive for fun on the weekends.
Will you work on my (insert vehicle make here)?
As long as it’s an Audi, VW, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, or MINI – Yes! We do not service non-German makes and models but would be happy to give you a recommendation to a specialist who does.
Can I drop off and pick up my car after hours?
Yes! We have a drop box located to the right of our front door for after-hours drop-off. We can also take payment over the phone for pick up at your convenience.
Do I need an appointment?
We highly recommend that you make an appointment to ensure a timely turn-around. However, if an emergency comes up and you need to bring your vehicle in we will do our best to accommodate you.
I am thinking about buying a used Audi / VW / BMW / Porsche / Mercedes / MINI. What should I look for?
A Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) before you complete the purchase is strongly recommended regardless of the make and model. This helps you know exactly what you are buying—the good, the bad, and the indifferent. We can also help educate you on the vehicle-specific maintenance and potential repairs that you can expect, giving you all the tools to make an educated decision.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
If you need a general estimate for certain standard maintenance items, we can provide you with a rough estimate over the phone.
However, to keep in line with providing our customers honest and quality repairs, we cannot provide estimates for anything else over the phone. It’s extremely difficult to know exactly what work will need to be done to your vehicle, which complex part(s) need to be moved in the process, or any other underlying issues without seeing it first. So in order to give you the most accurate estimate, we ask that you bring your vehicle in. Our number one priority is giving you an excellent service, every time.
